Fastest Growing Counties in the Atlanta GA Real Estate Market
The Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce recently released some impressive statistics. Of the 100 fastest growing counties in the growing, 70 were in the south and 18 of them are in Georgia (more than any other state in the country).
3 Years ago I began my blogging adventures with Atlanta 575 Real Estate. I soon switched to blogging on my company site: Maxsell Real Estate. I have now decided to revive Atlanta 575. The new incarnation will focus on Cherokee Commercial Real Estate, specifically covering Cherokee Office Parks and Cherokee Industrial Parks.
I'll tweaking it out and finalizing the touches over the coming weeks and months (aw, I'll admit it - years) as I love to tweak websites/blogs. Check it out and let me know what you think of my first blog revival?

. Please read her article, as I don’t want to rehash her excellent points. My goal is to apply her analysis method to our local market here in Cherokee County and then interpret these results for our local audience.
To echo Kris’ point, your local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is the most comprehensive resource for accessing available homes on the market. In our case, the local MLS is First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) with some overlap from GA MLS.
In order to get a sample size that is easy to handle and within most search engine results limits, I chose Ball Ground, GA as my test market. Specifically, I searched zip code 30107 and found these results:

I played dungeons & dragons growing up (and would still play today if my dungeon master hadn’t moved to Napa, CA) and was always drawn to playing chaotic good characters. I like being unpredictable and yet still focused on doing good for others.
