This is common in the Hampton Roads area, but it is really nice to see safe and clean neighborhoods that Police, Teachers, Firefighters, and Military can comfortably buy in. I have 3 homes that I know of that are all brick with 4 bed 3 baths, in ground pools and huge yards. All in good school districts and priced under 300K, well under. If your a buyer right now you money has some big power, especially with the bank owned properties and short sales. What might have been $400,000 a year ago, could be $300,000 now, and with short sales, and bank owned, you might pick something up for $200,000k Top that off with a 110% 5.78 30 year fixed rate loan and your in heaven. Call me for whats available out there.
my direct link to my website will show you all the homes in Hampton Roads, if you are looking somewhere else you the link at the top of my page.

I must say that after spending 21 years in the Military and Retiring proud that this is a great place to live. I spent the day with my family and everywhere we went people were asking if we were military and thanking us. I was Honored and almost wanted to go home and break out my uniform. We had parades, parties, and every store was offering great discounts. If your retiring and looking for a great place to call home this is it!

Virginia Beach, VA. Sunday night we just got back from a tour of ARE (Association for Research and Enlightenment) Part of my Mystical journey, really it was a field trip for one of my college classes. After wards we went to dinner at Catch 31 in Virginia Beach, VA. I'm not here to promote the restaurant although I highly recommend it, I just wanted to share a couple pictures and give you an idea of why Virginia Beach is the one of the nicest vacation spots on the East Coast. I have sold homes all over the Hampton Roads area and no matter where you live the beach is always close. Starting Nov. 21 we will have the Parade of Lights on the boardwalk. This runs through the New Year and is an awesome sight to see. You drive down the boardwalk with music, people come from the tri-state area to see this.
If you make it to the Beach and need any information or are moving here and want some houses to look at you can find me at USMILHOMES.COM
Thanks and good night, Brady
I have a friend who has a home for sale in Deep Creek, Chesapeake VA. I am unfortunatly not the realtor yet. Anyway the home is under 300K, its an all Brick Ranch with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There is an inground Salt water pool, with new decking all the way around and parking for a boat or RV. The home is across the street from Deep Creek Elementary, for all you football fans out there, Deep Creek Elementry host the High school games and everyone attends. It is a huge event and your within walking distance. If you are interested in this property or others please contact me directly.
Best Wishes,

These are a couple pictures from Sterling Point in Portsmouth VA. the first one is in my backyard with my daughters boyfriend racing his Quad. Soon my kids will want their own then we will need a track. The second is the one of the church parking lots leading into the Neighborhood. We have 5 ways into the area but there is minimal traffic. We live on one of the back roads and see 3-4 cars on the weekends, very safe place for kids and everyone drives 15 miles per hour. It is an older well established neighborhood. I will post more later.
