Sounds on Centre Street - July 4th
This is a free community concert that is held in historic downtown Centre Street which is located between Second Street and Front Street from 6:00 to 8:00. The featured band this month is Face for Radio.

Fernandina Beach Fireworks - July 4th
July 4th fireworks will start between 9:30 and 10:00. Come out and enjoy the fireworks display in Fernandina Beach by the Marina.

Ritz-Carlton Beach Bash - July 4th
The Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island is holding a Beach Bash on July 4th. This event will start at 6:00 and last until 9:00. They will have a buffet, games, entertainment and July 4th fireworks. There were 1,937 Homes listed for sale in February. 69 Homes went under contract in February. 31 Homes sold in February. There were 264 New Listings in February.

We are still in a buyer's market in Nassau County because of the amount of inventory of homes for sale, but there was almost a 50% increase in homes that have gone under contract this month in comparison with January's numbers. If you are considering purchasing a home ~ now is the time to do it while the inventory of homes for sale is high.
