Real Estate Veteran Brandon Patrick Appointed Vice President and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Crye-Leike, REALTORS in Tennessee

BRENTWOOD, TN., Crye-Leike, REALTORS is pleased to announce the appointment of real estate sales veteran Brandon Patrick as the company's new Vice President and Director of Mergers & Acquisitions in the State of Tennessee. He will be based out of Crye-Leike's Middle Tennessee regional headquarters located at 5111 Maryland Way in Brentwood, Tennessee.

"In the current economic climate it's clear a growing number of real estate companies and individual Realtors are having a difficult time sustaining a level of transaction to remain in business," said Brandon. "It's our hope, based on Crye-Leike's strong position throughout Tennessee, we can engage with other companies and individuals that may desire the stability and support that our company can offer them at this time."

Brandon brings to Crye-Leike more than 15 years of residential real estate sales and management experience. He was most recently the Principal Broker with EXIT Premiere Realty in Franklin, Tennessee and prior to that post he served in the same capacity for more than a decade at ReMax Elite in Franklin.

Brandon is a licensed Broker in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Williamson County. He specializes in all types of residential real estate sales. Brandon is an Accredited Buyers Representative Manager (ABRM), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Marketing Professional (CMP), Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and a Certified Real Estate Sales Coach (CRESC). Brandon is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR), Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Brandon lives in Franklin Tennessee with his wife Lisa and they have two daughters Sarah Beth (14) and Caroline (10). He's a Vanderbilt University Lady Commodores basketball fan, enjoys watching his children play sports and is a past coach and sponsor of the Williamson County Soccer Association. Brandon attends the People's Church in Franklin, Tennessee.

Crye-Leike hires Patrick to scout for troubled Realtors

In what looks like a sign of the troubled times, realty company Crye-Leike has announced the hiring of industry veteran Brandon Patrick to the new post of vice president and director of mergers and acquisitions.

With many independent real estate agents struggling to put business on the books, Patrick's position will focus on scouting the market for Realtors willing to join the Crye-Leike system, the fourth-largest real estate company in the nation.

Patrick comes to the company with 15 years of experience in residential real estate and property management. Most recently a property broker with Franklin-based Exit Premiere Realty, Patrick will work out of Crye-Leike's regional headquarters in Brentwood.

Crye-Leike eyes growth as economy challenges others

BRENTWOOD - Crye-Leike, Realtors is predicting that the economic slowdown could affect other companies and individual Realtors, and has named a new vice president to handle resulting mergers and acquisitions.
