First Snow of the Year!

Much to the delight, I'm sure, of all the kids in school, we received our first accumulation of snow of the winter today!

First Snow in Branson

The weatherman is predicting 5" to 10" total snowfall.

With temperatures being forecast for Sunday at 38 and 53 on Monday, it doesn't look like it will last long.

I would write more but I have to go and dust off the snow disc and get in some sledding before it's gone!

Search for Real Estate the Easy Way

The new real estate magazine has arrived and you excitedly thumb through the pages of beautiful homes with wonderful descriptions. You find the PERFECT house and call the listing agent only to find out the home has already sold. Sound familiar?

You search on the Internet and scroll through web site after web site to find the house of your dreams. You call about a home that sounds exactly like what you've been looking for. It turns out the home is everything you wanted, except it's located 50 miles from where you want to live. Frustrating, huh?computer

Believe it or not, there is an easier way. It's called an automated search. All you have to do is email me a general description of your requirements such as price, size, location, and other factors that are important to you. Then I do all the rest.

Our MLS system has a feature that allows me to input your criteria so you receive information on all the listings available that meet your requirements. Then, you automatically receive updates by email of NEW listings that become available on the day they become available.

These updates include an information sheet, pictures, and a visual tour, if available. If you need more information than provided, all you have to do is ask.

If your concern is privacy, there's no need to worry. All I need is your name, email address, and criteria for a home. No phone calls are necessary.

When you're ready to BE THE FIRST TO KNOW ABOUT NEW LISTINGS and to save time and frustration, then visit my web site on the Custom Search Page. Just fill the short form and let me do the rest of the work for you!
