Five Goals in Life, worth Millions

My advice to anyone who truly believes that life is not about the money, it is about reaching your full potential, should definitely live the following (the money will follow):

• Pay Attention: Every person you meet can teach you something. Every place you go, you can learn a lesson. Pay attention. Put everything you learn into play immediately.

• Reach for Perfection: Make sure you are not taking steps aimlessly. Every step you take needs to have a direction. My goal is perfection. Make sure you are constantly bettering yourself. I will never reach perfection, but if I keep that goal in mind, I will constantly become better at business and better at life.

• Keep a positive attitude: Every minute of everyday. This means that nothing, absolutely nothing, will turn you into a tail spin, Keep elevated. A positive attitude and a friendly attitude towards others will always be remembered. The people you meet, just may be a deciding factor in something you want to accomplish.

• Always help when you can: Never turn someone down from helping him or her better his or her self. Words are powerful, smiles are wonderful, and a truly needed helping hand is usually never forgotten.

• Respect everyone: If you show respect, chances are you will be respected. If you are showing respect and you are not receiving respect back, this is an excellent indicator of who to keep in your ring and who to never let in. Only let the people in who will respect you back.

Applied to everyday life will work wonders

Motivational Quote

"Perhaps the very best question that you can memorize
and repeat, over and over, is, 'what is the most
valuable use of my time right now?'"
— Brian Tracy: Author and speaker on personal and professional development

I Love this quote, because it is so true. Once one becomes in the habit of following what Brian Tracy had to say, he or she will continuously grow and become his or her best, every second he or she lives.

Power of Goals

SET YOUR GOALS

Goal setting is one of the single most powerful tools in life. It is full of excitement, smiles, frustration, accomplishments, and power. Once it is made a habit to accomplish the goals that are set, it is just that. It creates a doorway to making sure that all goals become accomplished. It is so exciting to work on a goal, because at the end of the goal, a new door opens. A new journey begins. One can never be bored if they are always on a mission to accomplish a goal. Goals are a driver, and the more goals that become accomplished, the faster and easier the next harder goal becomes.

A goal is like a roller-coaster... up --- up --- up --- harder ---- push, whooooooo down you go, up a little, then back down, the next one never usually as tough as the first. The funner it gets, and the more you want it.

Goals are the single most important factor in making sure business is done right.

Relationships worth Millions. . . Billions

The core to growing a successful business, is growing successful relationships. People bring people business.

As human beans we will extend the opportunity to someone we are familiar with, and someone we like, before extending an opportunity to a complete stranger. It is important for us to see the people around us grow with us. If you have developed and maintained the relations needed to arrive at the next steps, there will come a time when you will be able to take advantage of the relationships. If you are connected to one person who is on the right level, that person is also connected with his or her group of influence. If you have a relationship with someone and have always provided a positive impression of yourself, that one time or couple of times that you ask for the other persons hand in excelling your life or career, he or she will be more than willing to help.

To maintain a relationship is simple. It is not necessarily an everyday phone conversation, in fact someone will remember you just by keeping in touch via email every couple of months, and one to two calls every couple of months. How difficult is that? Most people, including CEOs of the highest companies, will not turn down your hello.

One person could be the difference between a $3000 month (one small real estate transaction) or $20,000 a month with an REO account. That relationship you have with James at the bank just came in handy!

Its fun, you have a select number of people you can call for a cup of coffee, and have an intelligent conversation. You can also learn someone from everyone you talk to. If you are continuously talking to people on good levels, you will be constantly learning and making new relationships.

By the time you are 40, valia! You have your sphere of influence that is so big, the opportunities and connection are rolling in. This is what can be referred to as a full life.
