The Preserve Greenwood Village Homes Market Report
Four homes sold in The Preserve Luxury Homes community in Greenwood Village in February. No homes sold in January. In the last six months nine homes have sold in the Preserve with average days on the market at 441. Two of the sold homes in February were bank owned and one of them sold 59% of the original asking price. The house was on the market for over 1400 days.

Greenwood Village Homes Market Report
After a slow month in January home sales picked up in Greenwood Village in February. Some of the older inventory moved, mainly two bank owned listings that make the average days on the market look worse than they are. One of the homes sold was on the market for over 1100 days, finally selling about 50% of the original price. The Greenwood Village real estate market barely has any bank owned properties short sales on the market.
