Four homes sold in Firelight Highlands Ranch in January 2010, two less than in December. The sold prices ranged from $262,600 to $610,000. The price per square foot ranged from $135 to $180 per square foot. In every one of the homes sold there were seller concessions which ranged from $3,600 to $10,000. The total days on market ranged from 60 to 191.

The Hearth Highlands Ranch Homes
Market Report Jan 2010 ~ Residential Detached Homes
Five homes sold in The Hearth subdivision in Highlands Ranch in January 2010. The sold prices ranged from $327,000 to $597,000. The price per square foot ranged from $138 for a bank owned home to $186 per square foot. The total days on the market ranged from 37 to 239.
January is typically the slowest month for home sales, so no surprises there. Activity both by buyers and sellers is already picking up and will continue to the spring.
17 new listings have come on the market in the last 30 days in the Hearth. We are expecting to see even more homes coming on the market in the next two months. The homes for sale in the Hearth range from $260,900 to $659,000.
