Homeowners who choose to install Solar Panels get help from the City of San Francisco in new subsidy program that was proposed on Tuesday. City officials are also proposing a low-interest financing program that would allow residents to incrementally pay back money borrowed for solar installations at below-market rates, possibly via charges on their property tax bills like near by City Berkeley, CA Solar imitative program.
