As a man and being myself, I could almost live in a cave. No monthly payments and when I need food, just go out and get it. Also, being a married man, she needs a roof and dislikes the little critters. So a house is our need, and maybe yours too. I want servants too; but that's costly. So we get to make our own meals and clean up our own messes.
