After 23 yrs. of honorable military service with the Army I decide to retire and become a real estate agent. After retirement, I want to do something that I can help me stay in touch with people and also make a living. I know this old friend who has been in the real estate business for many, many years and always said to me, Carlos, get your real estate license, well went you are in the military the only you have in mind is only that the Army, you don't think about retirement, that will never happen, well did happen. I see real estate away to stay intoch, help, and meet new people every day, what a wonderful way of making a living, I see old friends a most daily, meet new costumers, and make new friends every day, I like to meet people every day. My gold is to pass my business card and meet new people every day. Is feel wonderful when you teach and help those that don't have a single knowledge on the home buying process or those that been renters for life and are afraid of buying or need to get their live in the correct direction, great, you have make a friend for life. Today my costumer, tomorrow my client, my friend for life.

I specialized in Military families relocation, first time home buyers, low to moderated income families, I love helping those that because their low income or those with not such of big credit problems get in there first home. I always tried to learn about all those government programs that can help the low and moderate income. Always reaching for help in the government to help those that those programs are make for.
