FINANCING ATLANTA- Using a BROKER or a LENDER?

There are two types of mortgage professionals, lenders and brokers. Lenders have direct access to loans and can often waive fees associated with a loan, while brokers typically have mulitple options for loans, but, depending on the lender, may charge a fee for a specific loan.

For any questions you have on financing or finding the loan program that fits your budget, don't hesitate to give me a call!

WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN THE CURRENT HOUSING MARKET OF ATLANTA, GA

Where are the best deals in Atlanta's housing market right now? Well, the truth of the matter is that most of our housing market is being offered at bargain basement prices. Assuming we are close to the bottom of the market, we may be in one of those unique times where it is hard for buyers to go wrong in purchasing a home.

Great deals can be found on the sale of bank-owned properties, at auctions and on "short sales," where the seller's mortgage lender agrees to take less than what is owed on the mortgage. What the best deal is for any particular buyer depends on the type of shopper you are. If price alone is what motivates you, the best deals are likely among the growing inventories of bank-owned properties. Banks need to sell their properties (often referred to as REO properties) and can do so at substantial discounts.

If you have any questions or have interest finding a great deal to invest, don't hesitate, shoot me an email or call!
