As many realtors know, this business is not easy. I see realtors come and go all the time, most of them dont last long enough to even get the chance to look at themselves as the problem. First, let me say that Justin did a tremendous job selling our house in a difficult housing market, in a short amount of time and at a reasonable price. Our sale was even more difficult because most of the communication was done from 1,000 miles away. Above and beyond the actual sale, Justin found time to help locate reliable repairmen and check on their work while we were out of town. Justin brought a team of agents with him who went out and found a continuous stream of potential purchasers from the first day the house was ready to be seen, until the day a solid offer was made. Once the offer was made, Justin worked with both us and the buyer, and the attorneys, to work out the final details. I’m sure that if we had selected a different real estate agent the house would still be on the market today.
What are some things that you’ve enjoyed about working with me during this transaction?
Communication – Justin was always available by phone, if not immediately, then the next day at the latest. He kept us informed of what was happening now and what would happen next.
