If you have any clients that may be looking to relocate to the beautiful mountains of NC, please give me a call. I would love to help them find their dream home!
Brooke grew up in Massachusetts and moved to Sarasota, Florida as an adult. Like many Floridians she vacationed often in the Great Smoky Mountains and in particular the resort town of Maggie Valley, NC.
Having been involved with S&S Custom Mountain Homes for many years she learned the construction business inside out. Brooke loved Sarasota but like so many others before her, she found the mountains calling. In 2006 she moved her family to Haywood County to fulfill a lifelong dream of living in the Smoky Mountains. Maggie Valley, NC seemed to be the right choice as it was just a day's drive to see friends in Florida and in Massachusetts.
Carolyn Lauter at REALTY WORLD-Heritage Realty sold Brooke her house and convinced her she would make a wonderful realtor. She had all the right makings, she loved the mountains, the people, the culture, the history, she knew the ins and outs of construction, remodeling, land purchases, investments, compliance, and the overall challenges of the industry.
Brooke is as comfortable in blue jeans as she is in a business suit. Holding a real estate license just seemed to be a natural progression to better serve her clients. Her first year as a Haywood County Realtor she was honored by REALTY WORLD with "Rookie of the Year" award at the Realty World awards banquet and she has accepted awards 2 years running.
So if you find yourself on the "Road to Nowhere" between Maggie Valley and Cherokee NC you can find Brooke at the REALTY WORLD-Heritage office just before you enter the resort town of Maggie Valley.
Now you might ask what would bring you here. Allow us to tell you some of the things in the immediate area and definitely on our list of favorite things. The Blue Ridge Parkway and the Great Smoky Mountains with breathtaking views! Cataloochee Ski Resort, one of the few on this side of the US that make their own snow, they are usually the first to open and the last to close for the season. Tony's Tube World. Ghost Town in the Sky Amusement Park. Mountain trails, hiking, trout fishing, festivals, award winning chefs, Cherokee Indian Reservation, Deep Creek Campground, white water rafting, biking, motorcycle touring, Wheels Through Time Museum, historic town of Waynesville, picturesque Lake Junaluska, Maggie Valley Club, golfing, festivals, clogging, Folkmoot, Carolina Nights, Eagle's Nest Entertainment, whew...If we left anything out that's ok - come see Brooke as she would love to introduce you to the area and become your Realtor of choice.
REALTY WORLD-Heritage is cutting edge for technology, service and education. I have had the opportunity to get to know the people of WNC and the land. Whether you are building a home, need a home site or are ready to move in to your dream mountain home, I can help.
If quality service and an agent who listens to your needs is what you seek.....Call me and let's get together today! I'll look forward to meeting you soon!
