If you think that the deal will be around for long then guess again. I only work with buyers and many times they want to sleep on it before they put in an offer. I always try to remind them that someone else could have slept on it last night and that the good homes go fast. I don't want to sound like a pushy salesman but many times when buyers want to wait they find that the home they wanted is no longer available or it just went under contract. In today's market I continuously hear people say "We want a DEAL" Well here's the deal.
