Its time to upgrade!

The market has shifted dramatically. Sales volume and transactions have dropped drastically. Inventory is reaching a breathtaking high including For Sale By Owners, Short Sales, Foreclosures, and REO properties. For some reason buyers continue to be reluctant, thinking they can time the market. They plan on waiting and waiting for there to be a better deal, but the deal is right in front of you. Sellers continue to be unrealistic about what there home should sell for, and what they will net. They are stuck in the early 2000, kicking themselves for not selling earlier. Buyers, its time to get off the fence and start looking to buy. Before you know it you're going to be kicking yourselves like the sellers out there wish they would have down graded 5 years ago. They tried to time the market, and now they are suffering for it. Don't fall into that category! Interest rates are still very low although we have seen a slight climb, and its looking like they will continue to rise. Look around you... Stop trying to time the bottom of the market, its impossible. You will find deal's in every neighborhood.

I'm an expert of South Charlotte, and would love to assist you in the sale of your next Home.
