Orange County, CA home sales up again!
Orange County home sale generated nearly $1.6 Billion in June 2010, the highest monthly total since three years back, in June of 2007. That means a combined revenue up 18% from last year. Not too bad for a "slumpy" market! :) Comparing the first six months of 2009 versus this year, we see a fenomenal increase in sales revenue of 29%. Orange County is and will always be the best place on earth to live and invest in!

Corona del Mar homes for sale - New Listings in the village!
If you haven't checked inventory in Corona del Mar recently, there are some new great properties for sale. The market is picking up and Single Family Home sales are showing an increase of 117% in May 2010 versus same period a year ago. Average sales price is up 26% from a year ago! Condos show a decline in price but average days on the market is also down 14%, which should be a good indicator that the market has hit bottom as is getting stronger every week!
