Please call or write for a specific / custom quote. I'm happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you might have.

I use the best equipment available. My camera is Canon 5D mark II. I have two top performance Canon lenses. Every photo is going through a very detailed Photoshop adjustment.

Portraits for a business card.

Is it important to have your photo on business card? If you are in a real estate - YES. You are the the face of your own company and you want people to remember and recognize you. Your business portrait is going to be on many web sites, flyers, magazine ads and your business card. It is very important to look your best. You should invest in some good photo here. Put your best suit on, best face and find a great photographer who will spend two hours in Photoshop making you look gorgeous. You know - a good painter is the one who makes a model look amazing? The same goes with photography.

I have been working on this business card last week and I think it would be nice to share it with you.

If you live in WA state, give me a call and I can take your photo and create a new business card for you.

So, after cutting agent Mark out of the background - and creating design - we've got this:

Back to US, Tacoma and photography job.

I have been out of the country for one year. However it feels like it has been 10 years. Just to remind you - my husband was transferred to London for a new position in his company in Sep,2008. I had to stay behind for 6 more months to be able to get my citizenship.

After I solf my house in Tacoma in November 2008, I went on a cross country road trip to Atlanta.

I spend three months in the mountains on the border of North and South Carolina. Then I flew to London just to find out that my husband met someone else and he would like a divorce. I spend 6 weeks in London, packing and working on divorce papers. Everything in US was sold and closed, I had nothing to come back to. So, I went to Belarus to stay with my parents for awhile. Then I traveled to Romania to meet a friend and stayed there for 3 months. During summer of 2009, I made two long car trips through the whole Europe.

I worked as an art teacher in belarus during fall and winter 2009. I also went to a graphic design school and a professional photography school in Minsk, Belarus.

I flew to New York in February, two weeks later I went to Miami. I was thinking to attend the Miami art Institute and get my second Master in Fine Arts but after three days in Miami I changed my mind. I came back to Tacoma, WA in the end of February. I have not been here for just over a year but it feels like I have been gone for many years. I never thought I would come back here. Move to London seemed so permanant. But there are nothing like coming back home after a long and hard journey.

I am getting back in to real estate photography business.

We sold our house!

We sold our house yesterday. What sold our house in this slow market? ME. Just kidding.

Paintings, updates and attention to every detail. We kept our house staged and extremelyclean from the very first day on the market. We put new furnace in, new tankless water heater, good appliances. We spend 25,000 on landscaping last spring. Well, we didn't know that we are going to get a job transfer. Sound view and some fantastic wall finishes completed the package.

And how important the photos of the listing? Our buyer is actually in New Orleans right now, her children came to see the house and loved it. But their mum said, yeas, let's buy it, after looking through photos of the house I took on Internet. How amazing is that?

Than we got a call from a different agent that was quite upset because his buyers were ready to put an offer on our house too. So, if you really like the house - do not wait, make an offer or you can loose it.

So, for me, my Real Estate career is almost over. It was an interesting experience even in a very slow market. Also, I got a second job - real estate photography, that I am enjoyng and exploring every day. I hope to continue working as a photographer in London. Thank you everyone for reading my real estate blogs. Kawai

Timing is everything! Nice slide show.

We have been on the market 40 days! Everyone who came to see this home loved it, but no buyers yet. We also drooped the price from $379,000 to $374,990. It did not change much, so I believe that price is not as important as timing now. We had people begging us to rent it to them, because they can not get mortgages.

Well, we have three months more before we will have to pay for two places. http://www.slide.com/r/7ubF2J2U5D_YgXOIZwDYDbj-Pl6uRgpj
