Wow...I can't believe it's been this long since my last post. I used to be all about it, but have gotten...well...BUSY! HAHA.
Real Estate is exciting. That's it. No other way to describe this business. The media will make you think that we're in a down market, or declining market. I can tell you that is simply not true. We are in a correcting market.
Mortgage rates are great, housing prices are down, and there are more homes to see out there than there have been in a long time.
