About me:

I continually work on being a better agent for my clients and customers by getting the education that is necessary to handle all types of real estate transactions. I enjoy finding homes for buyers and knowing that I've made a new "friend" when they get the home that they want and I can make this process easier for them. I'm with them for the" long haul " and do whatever it takes to make them happy. My certifications include being a Realtor, which I'm extremely proud of and an A.B.R. (accredited buyers representative) CSR(certified sellers representative) SRES (senior real estate specialist) I'm working on my brokers license to better serve buyers and sellers. In my personal life I'm very involved with the local animal shelter in Huntsville,Texas.(Rita B. Huff Humane Society) For the past 4 years I've been the Executive Board President and work extensiviely with fundraising for a new shelter and to keep the present one open.Let's adopt a new dog or cat for that new home! I'm a hands on President in our shelter and this flows over in my profession as an agent.

My areas of expertise include high end homes,recreational homes,first time home buyers,investors and anything in between. I specialize in Elkins Lake, Huntsville,Texas, Lake Livingston area and all golf course communities in the area. Being an accredited buyers representative my job is to make the buying experience run smooth and painless for the experienced buyer or the first time home buyer. As a SRES I've recieved special education in topics, including the application of federal laws for Housing for Older Persons Act; ways to use pensions,401k accounts and IRAs in real estate transaction; and the effect of Medicare,Medicaid and Social Security on financial decisions. In addition I will be able to refer clients to the correct experts on tax law, probate and estate planning and have special sensitivity to the needs of 50-plus clients. I stay well-informed on housing trends and legislative issues that affectv 50-plus clients.
