Update on Gabardine Subdivision in Southwest Austin

I was finally able to preview a couple of the homes being built in Gabardine, located off of Frate Barker between Manchaca Rd. and Brodie Ln. This gated community feeds into some of the best schools in Austin; Baranoff Elementary, Bailey Middle School, and Bowie High School. The slow building progress on this quaint subdivision has picked up recently, and the homes are too cute to miss. From the Craftsman style trim, front porch benches, and neighborhood flowers these homes have charm galore, and priced from the low $170's you can't beat the price.

Call me if you're interested in learning more about Gabardine, or would like a chance to have one built just for you at (512) 914-6118 or visit my website at www.AustinHomeSells.com

Construction of new elementary in Meridian underway

As an update to the construction on the new elementary in Meridian...construction is proceeding with great speed. It appears they are keeping as many trees as possible making for a more beautiful campus. The school has not been named yet, and will be ready for the 2010-2011 school year. Meridian is home to many elementary age children who will benefit from this new school, as well as the children in Circle C. With the overcrowding of Clayton Elementary this new school will be a welcome addition to AISD.

New Elementary in Meridian Subdivision

Construction has begun on the new elementary school located in the Meridian subdivision. This elementary will ease the over-crowding at Clayton Elementary located in Circle C, and will be home to many school age children already living in Meridian.
