^{I love saying, I'm a native Austinite! Having been born and raised in Austin I have seen many wonderful changes happen to our city. From a sleepy college town to the "Live Music Capitol of the World", Austin has become the place to be! I started my career in the best, and the oldest title company in Austin, Gracy Title Company. During the early 1980's, before the real estate bust in Austin, several new title companies were started, Capitol of Texas Title Company was one of those. I joined many talented people to help Capitol of Texas open their doors. I worked for them as an Escrow Officer and Branch Manager before joining Saegert & Lynch, a real estate law firm. The most rewarding time of my professional career was with Saegert & Lynch, P.C., a law firm specializing in real estate transactions, and estate planning. During this time I closed many of their residential real estate transactions, and serviced several loan companies and banks in Austin by preparing their loan documents In 1991 my first child was born and I retired from the work force to raise my daughter, who was joined by a brother three years later. During many of my "retired" years I continued to work part-time for another experienced real estate attorney, Dale Orbeck. Now with my daughter close to college age, and money in high demand, it seemed a natural progression to continue working in a field I already knew, and loved. So I became a realtor! My past experience has enabled me to smoothly guide buyers and sellers through the process of purchasing and selling a home, and I hope to do the same for you.}

My knowledge of expertise include the areas of southwest Austin, such as Oak Park, Circle C, Shady Hollow, Bridges At Bear Creek, Brodie Springs. In addition I have several clients whom I have sold homes to in Kyle, in Four Seasons Farm, and Garlic Creek, and the Coves of Cimarron in Buda.

I have a great deal of experience in the legal aspects of real estate. Having worked in both the title insurance industry, and the legal field has proven very importance to my clients.
