About Us:

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. I moved to Chicago in 1985 and then moved again permanently to Orange County, CA in 1987. My wife Wendy and I have a lovely 18 year old daughter, Amy. We enjoy the weather and the tremendous portfolio of activities available to us in the Southern California area.

In my spare time, I umpire high school and college softball in So Cal. I am also the assistant varsity boys' basketball coach at Yorba Linda High School. The Dream Team was formed back in 2006 to strengthen our business by taking advantage of our individual strengths in the real estate business. Our business has flourished and we are able to offer our clients live access and service seven days a week. One of us is always available to answer questions, provide updates, market our listed properties or find properties for our buyers. My partners are Jeri Bailey and Amy Taraschi. We truly are The Power of 3!

We are committed to giving back to the community and are very involved raising money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). We started and annual 5K Run & Walk in July and will be hosting the 3^rd annual event in July 2009. We also hold numerous fundraising events during the year.

Areas of Expertise

We work three sectors of the real estate markets: residential, investment and commercial. We primarily work the residential real estate markets in Orange, Los Angeles and Riverside Counties. We work with buyers and sellers and do not limit ourselves to be just listings agents. We have numerous investor clients that purchase and sell condos, single family residences and 2-4 unit properties. We are experienced and knowledgeable in the 1031 exchange property laws and requirements. We also have numerous clients that purchase land, office space and industrial sites for their businesses. Most Californians live within 10 miles of their work and nearly 40% of all people living in Southern California are self employed. So, helping these entrepreneurs and business owners find commercial real estate is some of what differentiates us from our competition.

We also educate our clients and customers with the various loan options and products available to them. While much of our competition outsources this to others, we believe our knowledge helps them better understand the loan process and make better informed choices. This requires us to be current on loan interest rates and the latest loan products.
