One of the reasons that I changed my affiliation from my previous broker to Long & Foster Real Estate was that L&F allows me to operate my business as i want to as long as it is legal and ethical. I wanted to start a team and my previous broker did not want that, so here I am 2 1/2 years later with a team. Having said that, our team is somewhat different than some other teams out there as we are separate entities but yet a partnership.
I am officially the team leader since I actually arrived here first and have the most experience (11 years) I also have attained my brokers license. However just because I am officially the "team leader", I am not in charge. We operate that anyone can do their own deals, partner up with someone on the team, or we can do activities as a team in whole.
Because of the way our team is structured, we do not have an actual Team Name. We originally tried "Upper Bucks Connection" as most of us (but not all of us) live in the Upper Bucks area. We decided that name was no good as we also do pretty much business in Central and even sometimes Lower Bucks County. Then we considered "Bucks County Connection". We still use that one as our tag-line but in the state of Pennsylvania the team name has to be an actual licensed agents name. That would of made it "Linda Tremblay & Associates" but that would of advertised my name without advertising my team members name. So anyway, we are more or less nameless.
However, even without a team name, we offer a lot of real estate expertise. Each one of us has our own speciality, and can watch over another team members business if they have an emergency or go on vacation. It is so nice to have people that I can count on and that our clients can count on. Anyway without rambling on more, I would like to introduce them. I am listing them in the order that they joined "the team" at Long and Foster.
Marcie Purcell: Marcie worked with me at our previous broker. She lives in the Quakertown area and knows the market up there probably better than anyone. She can tell you what is on the market, what sold, and what has been out there for a while. Sometimes I think she has a photographic memory. She is a very hard worker and specializes in first time home-buyers, foreclosures, over 55 developments and Haycock, although she also does listings of residential resales, move up buyers, rentals, relocation, etc.
A.B. Albritton: A.B. was raised in the southern part of this great country, although he know lives in the Quakertown area. He also worked with me at our previous broker. He wins people over with his southern charm and friendliness. He is great on the phone, following up with customers, and will go out of his way to make your real estate experience a pleasure. Although he does all kinds of residential resales, he particularly loves the Bucks County Farmhouses.
Angela Ciliento: Angela is our pet friendly agent. She specializes in homes that have enough land for your pets to enjoy themselves. She also does some higher priced homes for clients that maybe trading up or looking for a home in beautiful Bucks County while commuting to New York or Philadelphia. She also enjoys residential resales and over 55 developments.
Tom Boshell: Tom is doing real estate part time, but is always there for his clients. His attention to detail and caring attitude are great benefits to his clients. Tom currently lives in Perkasie Pa but will show his clients homes as far away as Delaware County. He has done numerous transactions with first time home-buyers as when as residential resales
Lori Colona: I worked with Lori also at my previous broker. She is fun to work with. Although she is working part time currently as she is a new mother, she actually has been in the business almost as long as I have. She does most of her business in the Central Bucks area. He specializes in residential resales.
Then there is me. I specialize in the Central and Upper Bucks County areas since I was raised in Doylestown and currently live in Quakertown. I enjoy both buyers and sellers of homes in the area. I also specialize in relocation.
Mortgages: I actually have a couple mortgage providers that I work with. Our office has recently acquired Harry Peccias our in-house mortgage person affiliated with Prosperity Mortgage. Harry comes to us with lots of experience and positive comments from everyone that he has worked with. I also use Bob Luczak from First Horizon Home Loans. Bob has been known to actually hand deliver the mortgage commitment to the listing agent.
Of course there is also Long & Foster Title Company and Insurance Company for our in house use, our own contractor network or you can find a contractor through our Home Connections.
Anyway, if you have any real estate needs in our area or if you are an agent and need to refer someone to our area, please give us a call. It would be our pleasure to assist you.
