Looking for motivated clients who want to sell their home.

Linda Tremblay and Marcie Purcell are looking for clients who are truly motivated to sell their home. Their home needs to be located in the Bucks or Montgomery County area of Pennsylvania. We need sellers who will listen to our professional opinions concerning the pricing and marketing of their home. We do not want homes to just list and sit on the market forever, Our inventory is drastically depleted since almost all of our listings have sold and either settled or will be settling within the next 30 days. So, if you are serious about selling your home, please call or email us. We are affiliated with both the Doylestown and Quakertown offices of Long and Foster Real Estate.

Are you wondering what homes are selling for in the neighborhood? Click on the link for a FREE, no obligation Market Snapshot.
