About Us:

I do and have sold a bunch of homes. But I just love the technology side of the real estate industry. I have this passion for how tech tools can save us time, reduce our headaches and grow our businesses.

Trusted Agent, Inc is a loose affiliaton of REALTORS® who share a common commitment to professionalism and to raising the standard for what a real estate agent ought to be. Trusted Agent, Inc. is owned by Buddy Snipes, a licensed Georgia Real Estate Agent and an independent affiliate of Roost Realty. Buddy knows how to use technology to connect buyers and sellers. He knows how to communicate with the people he is working with quickly, efficiently and frequently. He knows how to negotiate the best possible deal with the least amount of hassle.

Finally but maybe more importantly, I have this lifelong yearning to understand what we mean when we talk about ethics. It's one of the groups I have started here on Active Rain.

Areas of Expertise

I came into real estate with a very strong background in technology. I had worked for IBM for 17 years! It didn't take long for my skills to be recognized and I began to teach others what I was learning. I found out that I really love teaching and that has become my primary focus.

Today I am managing a new enterprise called Blogs4Agents. Just like the name implies, it's blogs that I set up for agents. I do all the heavy techno lifting and then turn around and teach you how and what to post to your very own blog. And it's EASY.

I also list and sell residential real estate in the Intown areas of Atlanta, GA.
