Listing Marketing Coordination

Some of the services we can provide: open house invitations and presentation, produce marketing materials, update your website, create single property websites, submit to various online outlets, place ads, order signage and lockbox, optimize photos, create virtual tours, send e-mail to prospective buyers, fax listing flyer to area real estate agencies and other miscellaneous tasks. Transaction (Closing) Management

A sample of the services we can provide: schedule inspections, schedule walk-through, set up home warranty, schedule closing date and time, order appraisal, mail thank you letters, just sold cards, submit all required documents to lender, obtain property reports, utilities disconnection, and other miscellaneous tasks. We will install your WordPress site with up to 5 pages, install a theme, 3 plugins etc. Miscellaneous Productivity Tasks Send, manage, and respond to e-mails, assist with designations, monitor continuing education requirements to keep your license current, make travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, make dinner and entertainment reservations etc.

Open House / Broker’s Open Event Planning

We will select a theme, create a menu based upon theme, design advertising and promotional material, send out invitations, coordinate food, etc.
