We specialize in Virginia Beach real estate, Hampton Roads real estate, as well as, real estate in Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Smithfield and Isle of Wight.

Many folks don't like real estate salespeople. The perception is real estate agents are all "pushy" salesmen, merely interested in getting the sale closed and the commission.

We approach our business differently. We help you buy the home YOU want, at the best price and terms for you. We are your coaches or counselors, NOT "salespeople". Having helped nearly 1,000 families buy or sell we understand the process and needs of our clients.

Dave Macklin has been in the Real Estate business since 1983, helping clients find their dream home. Dave firmly believes that there is no substitute for education and continues to attend classes and seminars whenever possible. One of Daves greatest strengths is Active Listening, listening for both the spoken and unspoken meanings in statements and actions.
