The collapse of the real estate market has lead to incredible buying opportunities for qualified buyers. We recently closed on the sale of a penthouse in Hudson Crossing. This waterfront condo was newly built in 2007. The seller paid just over $2,200,000 in December 2007. In January 2008, the residence was listed in the MLS for $2,650,000.
