What are your thoughts on getting these short sales sold? I find it is a relief to the seller to get out of some of these properties and frustrating to the buyers waiting to get in. The time that it takes to work out the details with the bank holding the loan is often months and months. We are lucky if the buyer has the time to wait for a response. I find myself determined to get either my seller on to their next home or my buyer into their new home.
Is anyone selling homes out there? We have 3.5 months before the $8000. tax credit runs out. This year most of my buyers have been first time home buyers. How can we draw them in to start shopping now so they will benefit from this program. There are so many choices out there. If you are looking for a Realtor to find you a bargain, please send them my way!
