REO Progress Part 6

So far we are doing about on average 3 BPO's per day. we think that is great considering we just entered this type of market. We have had a few asset management companies state to us that we will be receiving REO listings coming up in the next 30 days (and not our area us as a team). So our question to all is now that we are signed up with all the companies and receiving BPOS. should we start contacting the companies direct to butter them up to get their listings? We have see mixed feeling about calling companies

Any and all positive comments welcomed

REO Progress Part 5

Well, its Friday and things are going great. We have received a hand full of BPO's and have been approved from several asset management companies. If any one can tells us what companies they are getting the most listings from? Chances are we have signed up with them, we are just trying to go through and confirm the companies that give out the most listing in CA. Several big companies have told us we "will" be receiving REO listings soon. So we will continue on this path and report our progress. Our goal is to post our journey from initial contact through closing on our REO listings.

Thanks to all for the advice, help and positive messages

REO Progress Part 4

OK so we signed up to over 100 companies for REO/BPO work. We have just started getting BPO work, but feel like we sit next to the computer waiting to get the blast. Some agents must have capture software or super fast clicking fingers--lol. So we are grabbing the ones they don't want to do (ie very rural, bad area etc etc) That is OK by us, they are harder to find comps, but hard work always pays off. So far this journey has been fun and rewarding. Thanks again to all who have helped us with contacts and words of encouragement.

REO Progress part 3

OK we have signed up to all the big REO companies and BPO companies. We have seen some BPO's coming our way, but keep missing the boat on accepting them. We still have the underlying question, if we pay for "premium: placement on site like res-net, reo trans and reo prep, will that get us a listing? And if we do get one just for paying, they why do they need a nice resume they should just give them to the highest bidder--lol. Well we are ready to pay our dues and do all the BPOs and door knocking it will take to break into this market as major players. We know that when these companies see the hard work and dedication we give to all our clients they too will become clients for life. Thanks again to all that have sent help and words of encouragement our way, we do greatly appreciate it.

PS Thus far we have had a great response and open communication with several big companies so its looking great .

REO Progress part 1

Well we have updated our resume with our 2009 REO experience and have contacted about 60 BPO/REO Asset companies and have had great positive response in just a short time. We have a list that is somewhat helpful, but you have to go through it and check out each company as some just refer you to another. we heard about Harris University and that they provide a very pre-screened list. They want you to join up for like 100 bucks a month.

Has anyone used them or seen this list?

And if so what do you think about that list as compared to other lists?

Any feed back you could provied would be greatly apperciated.
