Johnston County is hurting a little bit. This is due in part to the large amounts of development that went on in 2007. It was over developed with higher priced homes. With prices coming down in areas closer to Raleigh, it is hard to get buyers into Johnston county. Clayton is the lightly shining light in Johnston county right now. It is the most desired place to live in this county overall.

Overall these are not bad stats for same areas nationally, in the areas close to Wake County, these stats are not good.

With prices coming down in areas closer to Raleigh, it is hard to get buyers into Harnett county. Also there a tons of Forclosures in Harnett County at this time as well.

Here is a great website to use when you do not have an application to open a certain file.
Ever need to view a .docx file, or a .pub file, any other MS office file, and many more?
go to: https://www.pdfonline.com/convert_pdf.asp and upload you file to this page and it will convert it to .pdf file for you, which you can view with adobe acrobat.
This has saved me in the past.
Also, have those problems with converting files to PDF with out paying the big buck to adobe? You can download a Free app which acts like a printer, and will convert any file you can view to PDF, just by printing it to the application. THIS TOOL IS GREAT.
another one of my blogs talks about how to open those pesky .dat files and you can go to: http://www.winmaildat.com/ to convert these files as well.
Hope this helps you out in the future.
