I am a full time career professional, as a Managing Broker for Century 21 North Homes Realty Inc., I am fully involved in the day to day real estate market in both North King and Snohomish counties in Washington state. I have lived in Bellevue, Kirkland, Medina, Clyde Hill as well as Mountlake Terrace, Bothell and currently reside in Edmonds Washington. I have worked for Century 21 and served the Real Estate Community since 1997. My kids have graduated and are still attending the Mukilteo School District, Kamiack High School, which we love. My family and I Live and are very active in our community and a portion of every transaction goes to Easter Seals.

I have had great success through out my Real Estate Career, including our current market. Achieving awards that put me in the top 2% of all Real Estate Agents internationally. Even though those are nice to receive, my favorite accomplishments are my Quality Service Awards for Customer Satisfaction that I have received each years. I was also the featured cover agent for Broker/Agent Magazine. I am proud of my most recent award from Seattle Magazines "Best In Service" which gave me a 5-Star Customer Satisfaction Rating for 2010. Thank you to all my clients who helped me achieve these awards...with out you it would not be possible.

One thing I focus on, since I am a Managing Broker, is continuing education. I feel the more knowledge I can obtain the better I am at helping my clients with their Real Estate needs. Real Estate can be a complex ordeal so I try and help my clients understand it, as well as being able to relax and have a little fun with it. Buying or Selling a Home or Investment Property should be an enjoyable experience and I do my best to try and make it that. I have many Real Estate Designation and Certificates for both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. The two most recent are to directly help my clients who are in need. Certified Loan Modification Consultant and Foreclosure Alternative Consultant. These I decided to obtain given our current market conditions and I have been able to successfully help many of my clients out of bad situations.

I cover The Real Estate Market in both King and Snohomish Counties, I have been involved with Relocation since 1997 servicing companies such as Boeing, Microsoft and Verizon as well as many others. I am certified with the two major relocation companies Cartus and Prudential and 95% of the smaller ones. I have a larger geographical area than most agents because of this... I have listed and sold Real Estate from Mercer Island WA to Bellingham WA both residential and commercial. As well, I have helped buyers from the First Time Buyer in the $65,000 price range to the Multi-Million dollar commercial investment buyers and residential home Buyers. I have three Real Estate offices that I work out of Bellevue WA, Seattle WA and Lynnwood WA.

I do love staying local and enjoy working in the Mukilteo WA, Edmonds WA and Mill Creek WA areas since that is where I live and do the most community work. I enjoy bumping into my clients in the grocery store, at the Alderwood Mall or at the Kamiack Swim Team practices, which my son and wife are involved in. I do not believe that Real Estate Marketing comes from where you hang your license, but from the effort, creativity and name brand recognition that you put forth in marketing the property. I am an avid believer that most buyers start their Home Search online so that is where I put the emphasis of my marketing.

Since I have such a large geographical Real Estate area I bring a larger market view to my clients and then narrow it down to their respective neighborhood. Rarely are buyers looking to move with in the same neighborhood, though that does happen from time to time. Typically they are moving to a new area because of jobs, Schools or a nicer home. Knowing this, I tailor my marketing strategy to focus on the aspect of the home and/or community that might capture that perspective buyer. I offer a tool on my website to help sellers and buyers get an idea of Property Values in that particular area.
