Once the northwest's master charter for the restaurant downstairs, Oddfellows, the Tin Table in Capitol Hill was established in to show the beauty in culinary arts. The kitchen staff at The Tin Table in Capitol Hill are hard-working, devoted individuals who care about not only serving great food such as grilled carlton farms pork chops and stuffed rabbit, but also great experiences. According the head chef Travis Chase, "Providing great food is my passion". The restuarant even has their own miniature garden growing in boxes outside the windows to ensure fresh, organic herbs in every meal.
The bar offers a wide variety of drinks, ranging from wines to beers to craft cocktails. Every experience I've ever had at the Tin Table in Capitol Hill has been engulfed in impressive presentation of food and friendly service. Most of the staff there know me now and always have a friendly welcome waiting for me. With all this said, if you're ever looking for a restuarant that gives you options, somewhere you can feel at home and not have to worry about surrounding distractions, well the answer is right in front of you.
