Lake Oconee Gated Communities - Who has the Most Attractive Entrance?

Here are just a few of the entrances from around Lake Oconee. Due to the differences in plants and the time of the year, it is difficult to actually judge who has the most attractive entrance. Here are several photos taken when driving through the gates to preview some more homes. These pictures were taken at Reynolds Plantation, Cuscowilla, Great Waters, Waters Edge, and The Peninsula.

  • Low Prices at Lake Sinclair and Lake Oconee Homes

  • Motivated Sellers
  • One of the Hardest Working Realtors in Lake Country, Ready to Assist You in Achieving Your Dream!

Don't be the person who says, "I wish I had" when the market turns, interest rates adjust to head off inflation, and there are no more deals to be had! Tommy Newberry, the NY Times best selling author of The 4:8 Principle spoke at Gatewood High School's graduation ceremony last week in Eatonton, GA. He provided an excellent demonstration of how most people miss out on life's opportunities.

Tommy shared how the Lord had blessed he and his family over the course of his adult years. As a matter of fact, walking into the auditorium he told them that he happened to look down and saw a $50 bill. He pulled the bill from his jacket and asked the class how many of them could use $50. Most of the graduates raised their hand. Tommy then asked, "Who would like to have this $50 bill?" Again, most raised their hand. He continued to pose the question until finally, one young man stood, stepped forward and shook Tommy's hand as he accepted the money. Tommy then made his point. All of us want to be successful. Each of us dreams of what we can achieve, and what we can accomplish in life. Few, however, actually take action and achieve those dreams. I hope all of you will take Tommy's example to heart. Many of you have dreams and aspirations that may involve purchasing a retirement home, or simply a place to get away and relax. As a full service agent, I can assist you with the entire process. Since taking a step from my comfort zone of 28 years and entering the real estate profession, my greatest joy has come from helping folks achieve a dream. I trust you will allow me to help you.
