If you have never had the opportunity to visit the Briar Rose development near the Greene-Hancock County line, you have missed out on some beautiful scenery and wildlife in action. In the picture below, I was fortunate enough to catch this Red-tailed Hawk as he swooped down for a catch. I didn't realize I had captured the picture until later, but it was certainly an impressive looking bird. It pays to keep your camera at the ready. You never know what you might see.
