What to Learn to Shoot?
The Lake Oconee Shooting Club has scheduled a clinic exclusively for women, beginning at 5:00 PM on February 18th, 2009. Advertised as "Women on Target," the clinc requires Pre-registration, and no experience is necessary. All equipment as well as dinner will be provided with the $20.00 cost of registration. Saturday, On Feb. 14, The Plaza Arts Center in Eatonton, GA will present "Take your date back to '58". Butch and the Buckheads, Damon Hendrix and the fabulous Sock Hops at the The Plaza Arts Center stage in The Great American Rock ‘n Roll Revival at 7:30 pm. Be transported back to the time when rock ‘n roll began, in small theaters with people dancing in the aisles. Show tickets are $20 general admission but plan to stay after the show for a good old-fashioned sock hop in the reception hall. Separate tickets are required for the dance at $10 each.
