Here's to wishing all my fellow Active Rain friends and families a Very Happy New Year!

I am personally excited about this year, Thanks to Active Rain and all the other people that have mentored and supported me this last year I really feel confident that this is the year my business will bloom. I primarily work with buyers and it hasn't been easy let me tell you. After writing numerous offers just to be told "this property has 15 offers but go ahead and submit your highest and best". I need to try and keep my clients positive. WOW! I have learned a lot though so I won't complain.

I am hoping to get more listings this year, which doesn't mean I won't work with buyers, but I am going to focus on helping people that can no longer afford their mortgage. I myself had to sell my home in a short sale and it was very, very hard not to feel like a failure! But I can tell the you stress of not having to pay a mortgage I could no longer afford was well worth it. Since I have been through the process I am here to help other people in the same situation.

2009 was an exciting and challenging year and I am looking forward to 2010!!
