As an owner of rental property I have encountered some memorable situations in a rather short period of time. If you have a rental property story you would like to share, I'd like to listen.
Many homes in my area 1200+ square feet, garages, under 100k...a little sweat equity has lots of potential...WHY RENT?!
I recently attended a meeting about social networking at the RAPV presented by Mike Cutlip and I was very impressed. The meeting encouraged me to join AR and other social networking sites. This is my 1st blog so please bear with me. I look forward to becoming more knowledgeable about social networking sites such as AR. I totally understand how these sites can greatly enhance the knowledge and expertise of real estate agents in our constantly evolving field.
