There is nowhere better to enjoy Fourth Of July fireworks and festivities than in Bullhead City, AZ along the beautiful Colorado River. We have two wonderful Independence Night offerings that are 'can't miss' events our residents and visitors have come to know and love:

ROCKETS OVER the RIVER is a breathtaking display presented by the Laughlin Tourism Commission (LTC) and most of the casinos of Laughlin, launched directly across the river from the Pioneer Casino Hotel on Laughlin's Casino Drive.
High Desert Pyrotechnics in Utah makes this happen and it is spectacular. Take a stroll down the Riverwalk and enjoy this 25 minutes of continuous blasts and special effects choreographed to patriotic music and broadcast over speakers all along the Riverwalk.
ZAMBELLI FAMILY FIREWORKS AT THE AVI RESORT
Zambelli Internationale Fireworks light up the sky over the Avi Resort, not only every 4th of July, but Memorial and Labor Day Weekend as well.
The Avi and renowned Zambelli family, who have been a part of numerous super-famous fireworks displays (Super Bowls, Kentucky Derby, Disneyland and Disney World, and the famous 1976 Bicentennial display in NYC are all Zambelli productions) get the stellar bling started at dusk.
You can even enjoy the displays from the water yourself:
• The USS Riverside (docks at the Riverside Resort), is offering a “July 4th Fireworks Cruise” (around 7 -10 p.m.), heading upriver to Davis Dam and then back to a good viewing point on 'Casino Row'. $40 admission includes finger foods and cold bottled water, and there's a cash bar for stronger libations. For reservations or more info, call 702-298-2535 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 702-298-2535 end_of_the_skype_highlighting or 928-763-7070 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 928-763-7070 end_of_the_skype_highlighting, ext 5770
• River Passage Water Taxis' pontoon boats for $10 per person at the River Palms dock (8:30 p.m.-10 p.m.). For reservations, call 928-754-3555 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 928-754-3555 end_of_the_skype_highlighting.
Wherever you are this 2010 Fourth, be safe and remember that freedom is far from free . . . thank a serviceman.
If you've driven down the Bullhead Parkway, no doubt you've seen the gorgeous homes perched palatially on the southeast corner of the Parkway and Canyon Drive.

Make a turn and head south. You won't regret it.

That's how you get to some of Bullhead City real estate's most prestigious addresses -- Fox Creek Desert Sky, Fox Creek Majestic Crest and Fox Creek Mountain Shadows.

These Bullhead City AZ luxury homes subdivisions boast high quality custom homes built by our area's premiere homebuilders during the mid to late-2000s.

These executive homes range from the mid 1400s to over 3000 SF, with amenities like gated entries, plantation shutters, insulated air conditioned finished oversized garages, outdoor kitchens, top line appliances, recessed floor electrical outlets, premium lighting, pillared king sized tubs in master suites the size of most starter homes and other indulgent extras.

HOA dues are reasonable; dues/amenities vary by subdivision. D and E Management oversees all three HOAs.

For more information, showing or purchasing information for these or any Bullhead City luxury homes and Bullhead City executive homes, we're just a call, e-mail or text away.
HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
Way.
This lovely greenery is actually in the middle of the desert. (photo taken at the Avi Resort, Laughlin NV)

Did you know that in certain agricultural areas along the Colorado River, because of their proximity to water, the water table being so high and the frequent irrigation of nearby crops (mostly alfalfa and cotton), the temperatures in some of our areas are up to 10-15 degrees cooler than others?
This is one of those areas.
Willow Valley Estates is a popular river access/private marina subdivision in Mohave Valley, AZ for the same reason. It's cooler, it's right along a beautiful private marina on the Colorado River, and because it is bordered by Fort Mohave Indian Reservation land, which is used for agricultural purposes, its outskirts are irrigated continually. Sort of like a huge evaporative cooler!
So yeah . . . you CAN come on down to the beautiful Colorado River, soak up sun AND stay COOL while you're doing it!
We know other Bullhead City real estate communities of waterfront and riverfront homes and land where this is possible. Give us a shout.
For you, we'll spill.
If you'll be in Golden Shores, AZ on Saturday, June 26, plan to attend KTOX 1340 AM and The Blood Orange Project's 1st Annual Cancer Benefit Concert and Fundraiser at the Golden Shores Community Center.
Mary Potter is an 11 year old Golden Shores resident who is suffering from a brain cancer, Medulloblastoma, requiring extensive medical treatment and her family gathered around to help her get well.

My husband's band is playing gratis to raise money for the family to assist with costs--and setting up a fund for other local residents requiring help so they can make beating cancer--not the financial strain--their top priority.
Budweiser is setting up a beer garden so you adults can cool off on this warm Summer afternoon. :)
There's a 5.00 admission charge and all proceeds will benefit the cause.
Sponsored by the Golden Shores Civic Assotiation and Golden Shores Women's Club, the event begins at 4 PM MST.
The Golden Shores Community Center is located on Golden Shores Parkway, just off Indian Route 1. From Mohave Valley, Courtwright east to Golden Shores Parkway; from I-40, take the Laughlin/Bullhead exit and pass the Topock Marina, then take a left on Indian Route 1 to Golden Shores Parkway.
Hope to see you there!
