A new day dawns and I am reminded that there is a presence that watches over us that is centered and

knows what to do. Have faith that we will survive the trying times we are experiencing and go back to

basics, talk to people, assure them the economy will survive. Real estate will always be a good

investment and will be around long after the stocks and bonds are ground into the pavement on Wall

Street. A positive attitude is all we have that is free these days. The strong will survive the real estate

market and the weak will no longer be our competition. POSITIVITY try it!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

It is harvest time and we need to be harvesting new clients for the coming months! I am getting

together a harvest campaign to find new buyers and sellers. We can ignore the media and get the

word out that real estate is alive and well and we will still list and sell homes to ready willing and able

buyers and sellers! If I have learned anything in the business in the 30 years I have been licensed it is

that there is always need if you look for it! Get out there and "harvest "some business today!

Well, now that I have your attention, the goblins are the Wall Street mess and the ghosts are the Washington bureaucracy. They say they are going to fix this mess, well are they? What are your thoughts on the bailout? I read that they should call it a rescue, does that sound better?

I just want to be comfortable doing my job and getting results for my hard

work!! How about you?

Good Morning Active Rain,

As I sit here with my morning coffee in front of the PC I can see the day unfold over a foggy Portage Lakes. I am much aware that the leaves will be falling as the days get cooler. I also know that real estate gets slower if we don't do more to boost it. I am making an effort in this trying market to drive more business my way and I hope that the bailout that Washington came up with over the weekend will help us to be more succesful in the near future.
