Even the mighty fall

Since the Aurora loan services announcement I have had a couple of brokers and clients ask what was up. Here is what I know. Aurora Loan Services(ALS) is shutting down there wholesale division and yes you still have to make your payments to ALS. Just because they no longer have wholesale loans does not mean you get to stop making payments. I'm sure there are plenty of ALS loans here in Colorado Springs since they were just up the road from us. The good news is they made it through the holidays so one lost their job over Christmas.

B.T.W. I have the same answer for Countrywide. Yes you still have to make your loan payments.

One of the things I love about free trade and capitalism is there is always someone to take your place if there is a need in the marketplace. Long live Capitalism!
