Carl Kahn, M.B.A, CLBB

Carl Kahn has been in the real estate and mortgage industry for the past decade. In 2007, Carl began focusing full time in the mortgage industry and has been recognized by his peers as knowledgeable and always willing to assist others. More importantly, Carl is recognized by his clientele with their testimonials about him, by calling him an "outside the box thinker", and "showing strong character". Nothing describes better than a comment from a recent new homeowner was that, "he listened and took care of our families needs!" In 2010, Carl attained his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt as a way to better understand and correct the loan process for his clients and company. This training allows Carl to cut file process time and steps down to ensure his clients and agents get the promptness service that can be provided.

Carl's main goal for his referring real estate agents and home buyers is to provide a quick response back about whether a client is qualified to purchase a home. With PRMI as his mortgage bank, closings are on-time and his agents close transactions quicker. Homebuyers will notice Carl's high energy personality when speaking to them about their loan prospects. Nothing feels better to Carl than when a client is happy and provides pictures and testimonials about the process or saving money with their refinance!

In 2011, Carl will spend much of his time networking with individuals that can provide a benefit to his agents and home buyers. Be it a CPA, homeowner insurance agent or even a short sale guidance counselor, these individuals are wonderful referral sources that are made available within his networking circle. When not working, Carl enjoys having an active lifestyle that includes playing on a traveling baseball team, skiing, hiking, diving and spending time with his wife and 2 kids. Carl has volunteered with different youth baseball leagues running clinics and camps for the less privileged as well as volunteering with the San Diego Humane Society & SCPA in preventing animal abuse and appropriate adoption services.
