I moved to Matthews, NC, a small town that is part of the Charlotte region, over twenty years ago. I have enjoyed living in this vibrant area and watching Charlotte grow into one of the most desirable cities in America. I have practiced residential real estate in the area since 1985 and am proud of the professional expertise that I can bring to every real estate transaction.

Technical Expertise and Results from Many Years of Top Production. I was the top agent in the Matthews Branch of the Allen Tate Company in 2006 and 2007. I was named one of Charlotte's Best Agents in Client Satisfaction as seen in Charlotte Magazine in both 2007 and 2008. I received the Allen Tate Co. 2008 President's Club Award for $100,000,000 in Closed Real Estate Sales.

Community Involvement and A Background in Real-Estate Related Professions and Working with People. I am a former city planner and project manager for a developer and have been a member of several Charlotte citizen planning groups. I was also a teacher at the secondary and college levels.

I can walk in your shoes whether you are a buyer or a seller. Every year, half of my real estate practice is devoted to helping buyers find the right home and neighborhood and half is devoted to helping sellers get the greatest reward from selling their real estate.

I specialize in helping newcomers to the Charlotte area find the best place to live. My goal is to make the transition to a new town and new neighborhood as pleasant and easy as possible.

You will find me selling homes in the southern part of the Charlotte region. I work from the eastern areas of the region, such as Mint Hill to the southern sections, including Matthews, South Charlotte, Ballantyne, Pineville, to all of Union County, NC and to the small towns in South Carolina adjacent to Charlotte, including Fort Mill, Tega Cay and Indian Land.
