A little about me...

Welcome to my hometown of Branson, a beautiful small town located in the Ozark Mountains. Millions of people have visited the area, maybe you are one of them? After the vacation is over, have you often dreamed of a "small cabin by the lake"? Then you have found the right spot, keep reading! Over the past six years I have found many real estate buyers have similar needs here in Branson. I work with people who want to retire, simplify their life, just get a small home with a water view, get out of the city, slow down and enjoy life (you get the idea?) My main focus of writing this blog will be on the lifestyle of the area. I want to give people a "flavor" for what life is like here-actually living here. My goal is not to tell you what a great agent I am, how many awards I've won, or how many sales I've made. I would rather focus on your needs as a real estate buyer (or seller), solving problems, listening to you...and answering your questions to help you make educated decisions about buying and selling real estate in the Branson area. Treating each client with respect and dignity, fairness, honesty and loyalty are qualities that I believe in practicing every day.

Coming from native roots....My father's family settled in the area in the early 1800's. When my great grandmother had passed though the Ozarks in a covered wagon, she had reached Kansas and decided that the Ozarks were so beautiful, that this is where she wanted to be. So they turned the wagon around and settled here in Taney County close to Bear Creek which is now known as Walnut Shade, just 10 minutes north of Branson where I live today. I actually think of this story every time I drive through Kansas!! Nothing against Kansas, you have some pretty areas there too. LOL:)

I spend much of my time outdoors hiking, canoeing, swimming or biking. I also love the shopping malls, antique shops, and music shows. My husband and 8 year old son also love the outdoors, and are active in the hunting and fishing the Ozarks has to offer. This area is really the perfect place for us!

Growing up around Table Rock Lake and living here all of my life has provided me with the best knowledge to explain to you every point and cove on the lake and every hill and hollow. I can also provide you with information on schools districts, employment, lake restrictions, dock zoning, and neighborhood information.
