Back in May of this year we met and helped a client purchase a beautiful home in the desirable Cary neighborhood of Preston. Our client recognized the value and benefit of buying a home in the town of Cary and more specifically in the neighborhood of Preston. John relocated to Cary to his new home in Preston in May. Previously John had lived in New York and Vancouver, B.C., and chose the Cary neighborhood for many of the reasons stated above.

For many years I have embraced competition and understood it to be part and parcel of the wonderful free market system. Early on in the Web 2.0 era many of my peers looked with disdain at the likes of national portals like Zillow or a Trulia. Once I laid eyes on the tools and the amount of information consumers could obtain from the Trulia real estate search web site, I decided to jump on the bandwagon and take advantage of what they were offering.
In case you missed it, the LG Real Estate team grabbed many of the Cary real estate market data images "available" at Trulia and easily added those little goodies to our Cary Real Estate website. the beautiful Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, NC, this is three days of outstanding golf every lover of the game must see. Scheduled to play in this year's event offers the likes of the PGA Tour's finest pros including Tom Kite, Bernard Langer, Nick Price, Jay Haas, Fred Funk, and last year’s champion Mark Wiebe.
Held at the Highlands and the Meadows courses, the tournament course par is 72 and the course measures 7137 yards in length. Everyone loves to have access to an "insider's perspective" no matter if it's tips to hanging on to your

In fact, one of my favorite lines comes from the movie Ratatouille where the food critic "Anton Ego" (played by Peter O'Toole) looks at chef Linguini and ask for a little "fresh perspective". Ok admit it, if you're like me you eat, sleep, and breathe real estate 24/7. Even during our "downtime" (what is that?) we watch real estate on TV! Well, we have an idea for you that even HGTV would love!
Recently, one of our Cary Real Estate staff members, Jennifer Grinter, decided to prepare her home to list it
on the Cary real estate market. During one of our LG Real Estate staff meetings, we gave this news a good mulling over and asked how could this experience bring value and benefit to our past clients, current clients and those who will become an LG Real Estate client in the future. As if we all had a "simultaneous epiphany", we collectively shouted - BLOG ABOUT IT IN OUR CARY AREA REAL ESTATE BLOG!
We all agreed this would be an excellent opportunity to share useful, real-world home preparation information from an insider's perspective!
