I am a local realtor and investor (Central Florida). I have been investing on my own for the last 10 years and have had a real estate license for 4 years. Having been in the business for awhile, I thought I had heard and seen it all. The real estate gurus (local and national) all have their niche as well as their buy and selling strategies. I have never been much for these speakers as I believe they are simply trying to sell you their product or system. I was pleasantly surprised to fine one local guru has a keen insight on the market and strategies. His name is Augie Byllott and he is a member of Central Florida Real Estate Investors Association (Orlando area) which is where I met him and heard him speak. Yes he has CDs for sale on his website, BUT what struck me was that he has a free Monthly Newsletter called the Intellectual Capital Report. It is an excellent read and is very insightful.
