Foreclosures in Williamson County seem to have been few and far between but year to date there have been 70 foreclosures that have sold compared to 67 Short Sales sold.

That surprises me because it seems everytime you turn around there's another short sale on the market. Short sales are just harder to close that is why there are more foreclosures closed than short sales but not by much so maybe the banks are getting it together after all.

Nolensville Veterans Day Parade

When I first moved to the Nashville area, I didn't know much about Nolensville, TN. As time went by different stores began to pop up downtown Nolensville, TN that called me to drive that way. One is called THE FEED MILL An Amish Country Market. I met the owner Darin Scheff and our families quickly became friends. He had a vision to utilize the talents of the local people to build a store filled with unique and delicious foodstuff. It has become my favorite place to pick up my perishables such as milk, cheese, pie fillings, pizza bread, fresh german breads, chicken salads, and much much more! Stop in, you won't be dissappointed.
