The Legends at The Gardens Condominium

There is a common misconception that the gated communities of Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens are only for the very rich. Names like Tiger Woods and Jupiter Island come to mind. So do Frenchman's Creek, Admiral's Cove and other known habitats of the wealthy. But the truth is that, with the help of the right Realtor®, you can find lots of affordable options that are well located and well appointed.

Take The Legends at the Gardens Condominiums at Donald Ross and Central, for example. Built by Centex in 2003. Sold primarily to investors who were out to flip them for a quick profit.
