Centerline Homes is Proud to Be a Part of Lauderhill's Renaissance.
Centerline Homes is proud to be a part of Lauderhill's renaissance. Like many South Florida towns, Lauderhill began primarily as a Mecca for retirees fleeing the winters in the Northeast United States. In the late 1960's and early 1970's, snowbirds flocked to Lauderhill. The Lauderhill Mall, developed by The Sadkin Organization, was the primary shopping destination west of Federal Highway for many years. Haft-Gaines luxury planned community, Inverrary, put Lauderhill on the national map. Home to the fabled Jackie Gleason Invitational golf tournament, every major golfer and fan flocked to Lauderhill in late February. Many local high school students have memories of being caddies for then famous golfers such as Arnold Palmer. Jackie Gleason even maintained a home in the Lime Hill estate section of Inverrary for many years.
Today, a whole new generation of families are growing up in Lauderhill. Known for its unique Caribbean flavor this once sleepy town now boasts some of South Florida's most exciting island-inspired shopping and dining. Another new addition for this generation is the 110-acre Broward County Regional Park. Home to an incredible aqua-park and the nation's premier cricket stadium facility, the park will someday be surrounded by other exciting and unique destinations.
Centerline Homes' Georgetown community is in the center of all the action. From the entrance on State Road 7/US 441, the Georgetown neighborhood is an oasis within this in-town location. Directly adjacent to the new County park, Georgetown offers a series of 4 distinctive townhome models featuring one bedroom & loft, 2 and 3 bedrooms all with a garage. Priced from the low 100's, Georgetown provides exceptional residences for yet another generation of Lauderhill residents. Furnished models are open daily. For additional information, call 954-282-6103.

Centerline Homes is proud to announce Eagle Creek, Orange County's next great neighborhood. Located in the sought-after Lake Nona area, Eagle Creek will debut brand-new collections of townhome, single family and estate home designs.

Centerline Homes is Parkland's Hometown builder.
Centerline Homes is proud to continue to be a part of Parkland's success. Having gained a reputation for building quality homes in the Heron Bay, Fox Ridge and Tall Pines sections of Parkland, the Centerline Homes' tradition of excellence continues at Parkland Reserve. Long known as one of Broward County's most pastoral addresses, Parkland embodies an independent spirit that makes it unique among other upscale residential addresses. From its humble beginnings in the late 1960's, this town has always put quality of life and aesthetics above the hodge-podge style of development that is so prevalent in other areas of the county. In those days, Holmberg Road was a narrow entrance road that dead ended near what is now the equestrian center. The initial north south streets were known as Pine Tree Estates. Acre home sites were priced from (the then outrageous price of ) $10,000. Today, the streets of Pine Tree Estates are a fabulously eclectic mixture of architectural styles which reflect the individual spirit of those original pioneering residents.
Parkland Reserve carries on the tradition of the "spirit" of Parkland, FL as well as Centerline Homes' commitment to providing quality homes in the best family-friendly locations. Located on the northeast corner of Nob Hill Road and Trails End, Parkland Reserve has recently opened three furnished model homes, open daily from 10-6. For additional information, visit www.CenterlineHomes.com or call 954-282-6114.
Parkland Reserve Grand Opening is a Huge Hit!
Well over 300 families attended last weekend's model Grand Opening at Centerline Homes' Parkland Reserve community. In fact, twelve more families decided to make Parkland Reserve their new home on Saturday and Sunday.
In addition to the fun and festivities, potential buyers loved the model homes. Designed to appeal to singles, couples and families of all sizes each of the three furnished models earned their share of raving fans. The sophisticated Mediterranean-styled exterior architecture is highlighted by an authentic color palette and unique details including stacked stone and carriage-style garage doors. The interior design was also well received.
The sleek contemporary-inspired Bryce model offers four bedrooms and three full baths, in a single story residence. The soothing coastal influence of The Denali model's interior showcases the home's 4 bedroom & bonus room, 4 full bath floor plan. A three-car garage is also a popular Denali feature. The Grand model is both traditional and elegant. A rich earth-tone color scheme accentuates the 5 bedroom & loft, 3 ½ bath residence.
To see these sensational models for yourself, visit Parkland Reserve today. Open daily 10-6. For additional information call 954-282-6114.
